3. Eligibility for the 100% Money-Back Guarantee

To qualify, participants must complete all of the following:

Learning Commitment

• Complete 100% of all learning modules
• Attend all mandatory live sessions (or approved catch-up sessions)
• Complete every required assignment, project, and assessment

Implement every major action recommended during the program, including where applicable:

Assessment Commitment

6. Refund Eligibility for Different Products

A. PATH Consulting Career Blueprint Session

• Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
• No refund after the session has been delivered.
• One complimentary reschedule is available with prior notice.

B. Live Cohort Programs

• Before the first substantive live session: cancellation requests may be eligible for a refund under this policy.
• After the first substantive learning session: refunds are governed by the PATH Promise rather than simple withdrawal.

C. Self-Paced Courses

Refund requests may be considered only if submitted within 7 calendar days, and no substantial course content has been accessed.

D. Digital Products

Digital downloads, templates, prompt libraries, planners, worksheets, and similar resources are non-refundable once access has been provided.

7. Program Transfers & Deferrals

If your circumstances change before the program begins, you may request:
